By using the qualification Type 6 verb suffixes.
There are four Type 6 verb suffixes: -ba' obviously; -bej certainty; -chu' clearly, perfectly, and -law' seemingly, apparently, "I suspect that," "I think that." Each expresses a different form of qualification.
-ba' obviously
To express certainty based on personal opinion, e.g. "He is obviously lying," where there might be room for objective doubt, use the Type 6 verb suffix -ba' obviously. -ba' reflects a personal assertion - an opinion, rather than something known for a fact (that requires the suffix -bej instead).

Qualification suffixes cannot generally be used with imperative commands.
