Questions: How?

After the who, the what, the why and the when, the inevitable next question has to be How?

As with When? and Why?, the question word for How? comes at the start of a sentence.

And that question word is:-

chay' How?

You can also just say chay'? on its own as an exclamation, basically a chorthand way of saying What is going on?
