-Ha' undo, negate, mis-, reverse, invert
This negative suffix is more powerful than -be'. -Ha' undoes the meaning of the verb, reverses or inverts it, and can be used to mean that a task was botched or screwed up.-Ha' is classified as a rover, but it doesn't actually do much roving. In fact, it appears in only one place - right after the bare root verb, every single time. Specifically, -Ha' comes before the regular Type 1 through 9 suffixes, and before the other rovers.
Also, -Ha' and -be' cannot be used on the same instance of a verb. It is either -be' or -Ha'. Never both. Also, unlike -be', -Ha' can be used in imperative verbs.
